I’ve been where you are. Being a parent is one of the most challenging, heart wrenching and life altering roles. Yet parenting my two kids has empowered me to set clearer boundaries and make big changes in myself so I could better align with my life’s purpose and values. It hasn’t always been easy.
This is why I feel so passionate about supporting moms to take the next step to create the life they desire and deserve. It’s my honour and pleasure to empower you to feel better about yourself, and help you create more space in your life to thrive.

Self-Care Tune-Up for Stressed Out Moms
So many of us are stuck in a state of constantly doing for others (our kids, our family, our community). It’s challenging to squeak out a few moments for ourselves to just be. We know how important self-care is. So why is it so hard to do? In this workshop, we’ll explore blocks to self-care, and the tools and practices that help us prioritize self-care in everyday life. Engaging in these vital practices will not only tune you up, but also impact everyone you come in contact with.
How to Set-Up a Calm and Inspired Living Space
Just like adults, children have stress in their lives. Relaxation tools (like mindfulness and mediation) are constantly being promoted for kids and adults for a reason. They really work. But it’s hard to know where to begin when bringing these practices into your home. I’ll share the tools and techniques that have worked for my family, and many others. I’ll also show you how to adapt them for the ages and stages of your children. We’ll dive into creative affirmations, mini-meditation practices, and guided imagery for children to help them manage stress and anxiety. We’ll explore the power of daily rituals and relaxation practices that nurture your child’s spirit, and provide you with a sense of comfort.
Mudras: Subtle Power at Our Fingertips
Are you looking for simple ways to boost your energy and manage your busy life? Using the energetics of mudras may be the key to what’s missing. Mudras are yoga for the hands, described as a gesture, seal, or lock. Due to the enormous amount of nerve ending found in the fingers and palms, touching certain points together triggers specific signals in the body. By adding mudras to our life, our yoga or meditation practice, we increase our awareness, presence, and connection to something greater. Mudras are accessible to everyone. Participants will learn mudras that direct energy and healing to specific places in the body, as well as elegant mudra flow sequences for releasing, empowering, and shifting our state of mind. This workshop is hands-on!
